May Day at Waway

Whitney and Amanda competed as the only all -girl team in the sport class of the Adventure Race, "May Day at Waway" on Saturday. The best part is they were first place overall-- girling one all male team and six co-ed teams. This was Amanda's first adventure race and Whitney's second--together, they proved to be a strong team. The girls started with the kayaking leg, then went on to run, and finally bike. The entire race took them a little over 4 hours. Click here to view the whole photo album.

Whitney overraskade mig med en tur i luft-ballong. Kul och ro-givande var det aven om det kanske inte gar att jamfora med att hoppa fallskarm eller likande "luft-aktivitet".
